moved up with my kettleball.  it was harder but not impossible.  air sqauts never stop being hard.  did the rope climb with the knots, was not to bad so after wod tried out with out knots, hard but possible.  not sure on time i think under 20 min but I just slid down that rope and laid on the floor.  ready for the weekend.
