  • 12 Cleans 95/135 25lbs first set got through 6 straight. not sure about second set had a mental breakdown where I considered not finishing so made a game plan to do 3,3,3,3 for the last two rounds.  worked better then wanting to quit.  knees feel better.  need to always focus on keeping my butt down and back straight.
  • 9 Power Snatches 95/13 25lbs ok.
  • 6 OHS 95/135 25lbs not bad.  not sure about my depth though.
