10 Front Squats 105/155 35lbs felt really good
10 Pullups green band. felt good. should work on doing some with blue band.

did some ab stuff and than worked on dubs for 15 minutes. i got 3 in a row which is a record. need to focus on keeping my legs straight and not bending in.
