bikram. hot room. hard time getting focused.  arms tired. awkward pose, 2nd (on tip toes) so difficult.  often times i wonder what is more important to work on in some poses. we are told locked knee or head to knee but what about awkward is it better to be higher on my toes and not sit as low or vise versa.  i know its better to do both but is there a priority to all things? eagle pose my arms were super unaligned so worked on that. tried toe stand on first side could not touch ground with out bending.  will keep trying. the whole back series was super tough. did grab my heels on camel for the first time in a long time. felt ok. in general lots of wiping, distracted.
