long and hard. did not break 2:00 on any of my 400.  legs felt tight. right calf super tight. finished. all felt slow.

Tough choice when you get only one bar but totally worth it.  Light on the sdlhp but heavy for push press and hang power cleans. when light on renegade rows to work on my form.h.r. push ups tested my shoulders.  did not put down the bar in between hang power cleans and push press.
