7 Toe 2 Bar mod to ab mat sit-ups

7 Lunges(each) 65/95 15lbs need to work on my basic lunge form. a classmate helped me out a lot.  i need to focus on staring with feet shoulder width apart. stepping straight out and landing on my heel and not letting my knee go past my toes. another one for the goat list.

general: got a massage on friday. shoulder feels much better. i think it was the combo of movements and a new bra.
