I went light because I wanted to try to do all sets unbroken since I knew the box jumps were going to be slow. I did all but last 21 D/L unbroken.  The kettleball was light but I really worked on getting straight arms and popping my head through my arms.  I am still having a hard time doing full range of motion with the heavier kettlebell, one more thing to work towards!
