Back Squats 95/135 35lbs felt good and quick.  could go a little heavier maybe 45lbs.

Toes 2 Bar knees to chest.  still really hard but elbow felt good.  chipped these down sometimes 2 at a time.

Ring Dips green band. felt good.

***Rope Climb after each round*** with knots.  hands hurt. had a hard time with these.  getting on the rope is easier but getting that top is just as hard.
