goal was 8-10.  sadly did not make it there in time.  did the last three after the clock to have done 8 total. push up are so difficult for me and I get caught up when I can not keep my form so instead of just keep going I stop to get down on myself. box jumps were not as bad as I expected. only one no rep. felt pretty light. still stepping off box. no confident in my ankles to jump off. kb swings felt good. glad it was only 10.
