20 Ball Slams 14/20# 10lbs

4 and almost a run. knees felt good.  lungs hurt with the cold air. hspu need to work on getting head to touch the ground. kte were ok but had a hard time holding onto the bar for more then 5 at a time.  ball slams were easy so i think i was doing them wrong, maybe not dropping my butt enough.
