15 Wall Balls 14/20 10lbs. not bad. still can not get the 10ft target consistently.

10 Hang Squat Cleans 95/135 25lbs felt heavy.  hard time not leaning forward.

5 Bar Muscle Ups 

*sub is 10 pullups/10 dips green band on both. both felt good.
