first set up power snatches felt ok.  i used the little plates so its a little harder to set up.  i finished those and went to start my box jumps and it felt like my legs were not moving. note to self: ALWAYS warm up box jumps. after i got over the fact that my legs felt double there weight i chipped my way through my box jumps. dead lifts felt good. really working on flat back and driving with my heels.  push ups felt good.  i can almost get 10 hand release in a row and not feel like total death. slower then i wanted to be today so i did not hit my goal of 7 rounds.
