I went to the Dr. yesterday and I swear he told me foot had a fracture. I remember hearing “There is a chip on the top….fracture” but when I called back to get my exact diagnoses because I must know the nurse said, “Sprain of the foot and ankle”  Either way they gave me a boot and I can walk again!!! Which means I can crossfit again.  I am going to go and just modify as much as I can.  Hopefully as things get better I can do more.
