i was hopefully i would be able to go to bikram today but after yesterdays dr. appointment that was dashed.  which is ok because my free 15 day trial of yogaglo.com is still doing strong.  I took “cross training for runner” which was mostly a floor series which is great, very little pressure on my left foot and I was tight from yesterday.  my whole body feels so much better.  i am hoping to sneak in another 15 min later on in the day.    i love that there are different lengths of class. i love that you can schedule thing and set goals.  i love that the setting is in a yoga studio and not some beach.  did i mention i am loving yogaglo.com?
