This felt ok.  After the first round my foot was throbbing a bit so I tried to take it easy but the damage was done.  Foot bump a little more swollen.  Not so excited about this. Then I worked from 11-4 (newborn shoot) so lots of sitting on the floor in odd position and getting up and down.  Also, carried half my stuff up a flight of stairs which was not the best idea.
