i did not have to do any mods today.  its the first day i really squatted in 4 weeks and it felt good.  I took both front squats and air squats slower then normal just to be careful.  the first amrap was fun. I did the first set unbroken and then the second I stopped at 9 and then the third I had to break up the cleans and the squats.
