15 Pullups blue band (no pad just hand and a ton of chalk)

10 Thrusters 85/115 Push Press 25lbs

not sure it was a great idea to work out today.  my arms are totally shot as of now and I am for sure taking off tomorrow. i was really hoping to be able to do hang power snatches at 35lbs but it was not happening. The Dr. instructed me that I could wear normal sneakers now but I decided to treat my foot the same during my workout as I have been so no jumping and no squatting with weight. Pull ups were ok. Doing it with out the hand grips helped a lot.
