10 Hang Squat Cleans 95/135  Front Squat 35lbs

15 SDLHP 95/135 35 lbs

20 Vups knees bent

they did something really cool and made everyone try MU even if it meant standing on a box with plates and using a band it looked awesome but it was a lot of climbing and made me to nervous so I just did ring dips so I took yesterday off and they did ring dips yesterday. 10 felt good. I could do them all unbroken but it was hard but I need to take it easy on my arms since I need to work tomorrow. Squats felt good. Still need to work on not pushing my butt back to far but I think I am getting better. 35lbs felt good. SDLHP felt good. I had to break them up but got through them. V-ups hurt. Needed to work on those.
