I was really hoping 55lbs would be a solid choice and it turned out it was. It was tough and I had to break them up but I was able to focus on form, flat back, but down, shoulder tight, weight in heels, and not worry to much on if I could make it to the end. Rowing felt good. Lance came by and told me to pause when back and then release my hands and I was getting a few 10m for each stroke (5 strength) Wall balls were good. I focused on not looking to up and went light for the same reasons to focus on form and not put to much pressure on my ankle.
