running felt ok. felt like i was limping a little. i had pain while running but it went away when i stopped. did not try to go fast just finish and defiantly was feeling it.

did not plan on doing this but its an amrap so I can move at my own pace and know I will be done in 20 min. the longest 20 min ever. yesterday and today I was able to accomplish two year long goals 35lbs thursters in a wod and 35lbs ohs. while it was only 30 thursters and ohs they felt  good and barley got stuck at the bottom.

fran is 45 thrusters.
