I let myself get stuck in habit. I should have done yoga today but I can get really obsessed with routine so I showed up to wod and totally phoned it in which is never a great feeling. also, started to feel pain in my knee and quads while doing 15lbs weighted lunging once i stopped and did “air” lunges and did not tap my right knee on the ground I was fine but stunk to feel that.
