50 Air Squats

21:25 RX! first rx not the most exciting but it counts.  some how the basics are always the hardest.  push ups, air squats pull ups all places I have a lot of work on.  I am getting to this point where I can do a few body weight exercises “perfectly” for 1-5 reps so it makes it hard to continue because I want them all to be perfect but I still have a ways to go on that.

Pre Work Out: Foam rolling, shoulders with ball, calf stretch

Feeling: Awake

Recovery: Light Foam rolling, pigeon pose, couch stretch, icing knee, left foot and back.

Feeling: Good
