600m was tough but that 3 min rest rocked.   not sure why i decided to do the real wod at all. it really did not happen. got through 3 rounds and the hspu (on a box) and then just played around with dub.  now right elbow is feeling icky and has some pain when I grip hopefully that goes away soon.
