20 KB Deadlifts (DL) 70/55 17lbs

time??

went light because there was no more 25lbs kb left.  was able to really push through everything.  broke up a few swings and dead lifts but finished strong and in front of a lot of people i usually finish with.  lighter weight really helps me focus on my endurance and just moving fast.
