super sore from saturday. tried to push on the runs and make up times. no run was over 5 minutes so that was good but would like to get them all at 4:30 soon. db cleans are the death. i knew the weight was not what was going to matter just the shear squatting after those back squats on saturday. push press felt good, i went a little heavy to push myself but it slowed me down.  glad to be done for the next two days.
