warm up: 8×100 (jvic style)

10x100m (90 sec rest)

cool down: 400m pose

ran all 100m under 20 seconds. most were around 19. those last two were terrible.  then i just foamed rolled and did some abs.  my arms are still killing me.  hoping to get some yoga in this afternoon to stretch them out.
