30 Dubs used new rope for first time and still had no luck. could not get any for the first two rounds then got like 5. could not link two together but it is a lot of work on my ankle so i think its something i will need to slowly work back up to.

20 Pull Ups blue band. not terrible. though at the end i feel like i am just all over the place

30 Lunges 35/45 15lbs so hard. considering i did kb 25lbs on monday this was not to bad but still terrible

20 V-ups um more like, what letter has bent legs. blarg.
