friday pull ups felt strong today I just could not get going but I guess I did a lot more so when I started to break friday I was almost done. here my forearms were tensing up like crazy and I could only get singles by the end. hspu felt ok. still need to work on always tapping my head. pistols felt ok. focuses on keeping everything aligned, foot, leg and arms. left leg still so much weaker.
