i went super light and moded the box jumps and this wod still kicked my ass. my legs were burning the whole time. its always great to do a hero wod because it feels more purposeful. did all kb swings unbroken everything else i had to break up. burpees and wall balls were so terrible. i went light on wall balls on default and it was a great choice. i was really able to focus on form and i felt 100% more confident in them then friday.
