10 Hang Power Snatch 65/95 15lbs

10 Front Rack Position Lunges 65/96 35lbs

alternate between snatch and lunges

felt good.went light on snatches because snatches are scary.they all felt good but still were tough. lunges were good. not to heavy but i do not think i could have gone much more then maybe 40lbs. used a matt under my knee, ah the little things make it so much better. 

tried to work on dubs. i think i need to work just on jumping. going to do 50 singles once a week
