so i am really trying to give snatch a good go. 15lbs is managble. i feel like i can drop fast into my squat which is the hardest part for me. i also feel like my shoulder is safe with this amount of weight. i am happy to work on form and maybe in a few months add 5lbs, maybe. 

pull ups felt good.  really working on using my chest to propel me not my legs or arms. dips were tough. runs were ok. the 400m felt tough but it was better then an 800m.
