deadlifts take me to long to set up to really hit a high rep count. the weight felt good but going super fast is just not in the cards for me on these. blarg sit ups. hit my goal 10 per round. same with air squats. i can bust out like 5 at a time real fast but it burns. anything with a db is super hard.  keeping these in the bag for when i am traveling.
