20 Pull Ups blue band

30 Push Ups first 2 sets hand release last 3 on knees

40 Ab Mat Sit Ups

50 Air Squats 

we had the option to do each round with a 3 minutes rest in between but it seemed like most people were going straight through. i decided i would be so much better with the rest but i got impatient sometimes. i marked down my times and i think these are my splits but i do not doubt my math to be off. either way proud of my work.
