20 Box Jumps 20″ step ups

10 HSPU on the box. first set head hit the ground. second two sets not so much.  tried keeping knees nice and close to edge.

20 KTE first set pretty good, 5,5,5,5 second and third set not so much.

1 Rope Climb 7 ring rows
