i think i got six rounds in. first was slow 3:48 or so and the rest were around 2:50. it was cold and windy so that kinda helped and kinda hurt at the same time.  it was fun rowing. 

afterwards i worked on my pull ups and dubs.  did 5 or 10 with the red band then 5-10 with the little band and then went for it and i think i got it. no one was really watching but i feel like i got my chin above the bar. did a few dubs with the new lighter rope, so much better.
