i was not feeling it this morning. so i went in just saying to keep moving with full focus. i find that i zone out and that is when i get hurt (box jumps, rope climbs, walking down the street) ended up doing better then i thought, compared to other classmates. wanted to get to 5 bug thighs were oh so happy we did not get there. weighed squat jumps were ok. i question my depth on those but this is not a competition.  knees feel good now and that is all that matters.  i am hoping to get some stretching in today and then some serious yoga tmr.
