i have been striving to go to e-wod on thrusday but since i have been driving my husband to work, we both are sickish and its cold for florida i decided to join in the fun at 7am. i had no expectation just try to keep moving and break things up into 5s and then 3s and then 2s if i had to. squats felt ok. i sometimes forget to do the full extension at top but i caught myself i think. i did pull ups with the red band. felt good, though but able to get through 5s most of the time. push ups were the worst! did hand release push ups, but it was more like collapse down, release hands, push up slow.

i finished the 60 squats with under a minute and jumped into my red band and got 5 more pull ups in for a total of 275.
