so tired and slow. knee was feeling it.  once i got going not to bad. i had a 10lbs out for the thursters and lance told me to get something heiver. right before he said that I was considering dropping down to 8lbs. i just did not feel like my arm was getting straight enough and i kept leaning forward on my squat.  they were fine so i could have down the 15lbs like he wanted but I could not imagine that would have made my t2b or ring rows any faster.  i was having such a hard time with grip today. at round 2 i was only doing 2 at a time if i was lucky. hands were hurting.
