low hang clean

front squats

i do not remember the progression but for low hang clean i worked up to 85lbs and had one failed pull and totally lost my confidence.  i was able to do 75 but did not re try 85. 

worked on front squats and got to 1 rep at 90% ish ( i do not have a 100%) at 95lbs 

not my best day but was able to see how i dealt with failing. how i deal with failing in general. laugh, make a joke and walk away.  need to step up and get it done.
