deadlifts felt heavy but i knew i had to make up for it with my little box. deadlifts and box jumps are from the workout that i got injured doing so i had to push some of those fears away. all and all “easy” workout after murph (half murph) then tried to keep up with the ab master and managed to not at all.  so it goes.
