2-4-6-8-10 MU sub 4-8-12-16-20 pull up and ring dips unassisted pull ups!! ring dips on the rings with the green (old blue band)

deadlifts felt fine but i knew pull ups were going to be slow go so i went “lighter” still heavy but did all unbroken.  first rounds of pull ups were good.  i think i did 3 in a row as my longest string.  was able to do few sets of 2s and then it was 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1  ring dips were ok.  was able to do all but last set 8-8 and 10-10.  not bad.  left arm/wrist/elbow aches.  taking it easy this weekend.
