oly lifting night

snatch complex = power snatch, power hang snatch, hang snatch (i think)

all done at max 75% (highest weight i think was 65lbs) and all felt real good. i was bending my arms a little early but all in all i was happy.

since queen was absent and bear cub was the sub i squeezed some g-wod advice out of him for hand stands and ring dips.  i am going to try hand stands with two ab matt.  it was not bad and with no kip.  i was to nervous to practice kipping because my shorts were not staying up, bad thing about running shorts.  i am going to go back to the box on rings dips though to keep building my strength.
