max effort back squats

125! felt good.  felt like i could have gone heavier but my partner was done and we had to move on to the wod.  felt good to feel good during back squats.

time:

i did dubs.  last round i was able to do sing, double, sing for 13 dubs in a “row”

two fers were not my worst two fers ever.  throwing the ball higher helps. i did hit my head once.  i did not fall over.  broke a lot of this stuff down to 3 at a time

t2b were great first round then so slow that last 4 rounds.
