10 Push Ups mix of hr and snake push ups.

200 m run

was not looking forward to this at all.  10 rounds it always tough.  the kb felt good though i should have chalked up more earlier because i lost the kb once.  push ups felt better but still hella tough.  runs. i did not push and even though i knew it was my last round i forgot we ended with the run.  runs were moderately paced but happy with my finish.
