3/60lbs 1/65lbs 1/70lbs  (3/80% 1/85% 1/90%)

i was suppose to do 4 at 90% but instead i did the whole thing 3 times. i was caught because i was taking forever. it was fun going heavy to light though.

back squat

3/105 2/110 1/115 etc (3/80% 2/85% 1/90% x4 2/85% 3/80%)

115 felt good
