Then never try to stay standing. I got 523. 2 full rounds and 23 wallballs. I am very happy with that. Wall balls are not my best but i aimed high for that 10 ft target and only got one no rep. I think that has been my favorite part of the open being no repped. No one no reps you during a wod, except yourself. I am 99% of the time finish last so i keep my no reps to a min even when by open standards they do not count but on a day to day i am not trying to win crossfit i am just trying to get a workout in that i enjoy and look forward to and want to come back to day in and day out.
