So hard. Push ups. Blech. Pull ups. Air squats have gotten so much better but still hurt my groin a bit. Snatch felt unbalanced. Its hard to do them fast because I do not feel like I set up perfectly and it sometime exaggerates the flaws I have, like landing on my toes. Glad yo have done it and glad for it to be in the past.
