clean and jerk

80s felt good, unbroken ish

90s got heavier but cycled through them

100s were heavy.  did one at a time with a min rest in between.  missed the 4th one once but got last two.  wrists got a little painful. worked on dropping under in jerk and keeping feet wide in set up and making sure i hit power position in clean.

ghd sit ups make me nauseous. glug.
